SIOUX CITY, Iowa — The Briar Cliff Review literary magazine is pleased to announce the winners of its annual writing contest. Winning entries include Jude Nutter’s “Ianua: 19 September, 2016,” for best poetry; Daniel Paul’s “The Last Sun of Kansas,” for best fiction; and Lisa Lanser Rose’s “Christmas in the Bitch’s Dollhouse,” for best creative non-fiction.
