Submitting to The Briar Cliff Review
We invite your contributions. We are looking for quality poetry, fiction, humor/satire, Siouxland history, thoughtful nonfiction, book reviews and art: drawings, paintings, photos, sculptures woodcuts, computer graphics and other camera-ready artwork. We accept three types of submissions:
General
Submit written poetry, fiction or nonfiction. Chosen entries will be featured in our next annual edition. Entries are accepted both online ($3/entry) and by mail (cost of postage only). General submissions are accepted year-round.
Contest
Submit written poetry, fiction or nonfiction for a $20 fee (per submission) and a chance at a $1,000 prize. Winners will also be featured in our next edition.
Contest dates: Aug. 1–Nov. 1
Art/Photography
Submit images of your artwork through the mail. We do not currently accept art electronically or for the contest, however, chosen entries will be featured in the next edition of The Briar Cliff Review.
